We accept payment via email invoice, Zelle, or Venmo.

Unfortunately, the retainer fee collected in order to secure your date and time of installation is non refundable. However, you will be given a credit for that amount to use towards any service we provide within a year of original event date. If your event is cancelled one week or more before you event date and your balance has been paid, you will receive a refund of your remaining balance after your retainer was paid. I begin the prep work for installations five days before your event. If your event is cancelled up to week before your event you will receive your installation and delivery fee refunded back to you. No further credits outside the retainer will be offered.

Balloon filled numbers and letters are yours to keep 100%. We offer an optional buy back program for our frames to help keep your cost low. Once you have enjoyed your balloon display you can return the frame with or without balloons to our location in Bergen County, within a week for cash back. The frame must be in good condition(no rips, tears, stains or dents) with minor wear and tear.

Balloon break down is the responsibility of the client. If requested, I can accommodate a tear down for an additional fee. If a rental item was used, the tear down fee will be included in the invoice.

We have a minimum of $25 delivery fee regardless of the distance. The delivery fee is based off the distance from our location in Elmwood Park, NJ to the installation address at $2 per mile. The installation fee is 15%-20% of the balloon display subtotal.

Address will be given once your order is complete. We are a home based business located in Bergen County, NJ.

We have an order minimum for delivery and installation. Delivery minimum is $200(helium balloons, balloon mosaics or marquees.) Our installation minimum is $360 for organic balloon garlands and traditional balloon displays.
